Great Gatsby

Welcome to the Artistic Outpost Design Team Blog Hop!  Each month on the 3rd Wednesday of the month, the  Artistic Outpost Design Team is showcasing projects created with various Artistic Outpost Plates, this months hop focus is on the  Gatsby and Apothecary plates.

I decided to showcase the Gatsby plate for my hop card, using this sketch from Graphicat Sketchs as my design inspiration.

Artistic Outpost Gatsby
All papers are from Graphic 45, I sponged them with Ranger Gathered Twigs Distress Ink.  The image the Artistic Outpost Gatsby plate is stamped in Black Archival on Vanilla card stock.  To distress and add color to the stamped panel I used the Burnt Edges Technique using Ranger Antique Linen, Gathered Twigs, Walnut Stain and Black Soot inks.

Details:
Stamps - Artistic Outpost Gatsby
Ink - Ranger Black Archival, Ranger Distress Inks Gathered Twigs, Antique Linen, Walnut Stain, Black Soot
Card Stock - Black, Vanilla, Cheery Cobbler
Other - Spellbinders Circle Dies, Ink Blending Tool, Non Stick Craft Mat, Graphic 45 pattern papers, Filmstrip embellishment
