The image is stamped on Watercolor paper in Black Archival ink, then colored with STAEDTLER Karat Aquarell Watercolor pencils, blending with Gamsol. The skin tone areas are colored with a Flesh color STAEDTLER Marsgraphic Marker. I added some Blue clouds to the background to match the Blue Authentique paper. The Bell and "Liberty" were cut from the pattern paper, then popped on dimensionals on the Spellbinder circle panels. The banner was cut from the pattern paper and Blue card stock using the Silhouette Cameo. I added a bit of piercing with the Scor-Bug.
