Welcome to the Artistic Outpost Design Team Blog Hop!  Each month on the 3rd Wednesday of the month, the  Artistic Outpost Design Team is showcasing projects created with various Artistic Outpost Plates, this months hop focus is on the Huck Finn and Route 66 plates.  Both are wonderful masculine collections, and I had a hard time deciding which set I was going to create with.  Inspired by this weeks Mojo Monday Sketch, I used an image from Huck Finn along with some wonderful Bo Bunny papers.

The image from the Huck Finn plate is stamped in Ranger Black Archival on Watercolor paper, then colored with STAEDTLER Karat Aquarell Watercolor Pencils, blending with Gamsol. I added some Blue clouds to the background and sponged the edges with Antique Linen Distress Ink.  All papers are from Bo Bunny.  To embellish I added some thread, "explore" tag and some Mini Gears.
