Technique Junkies Treasure Hunt and More

Happy Kitchen Sink Monday! I'm combining my KSS post with MJ's Challenge and the TJNL Treasure Hunt - so be sure to read on!

Welcome to the Technique Junkies Treasure Hunt, featuring cards made with Techniques from the August TJNL. Did you start at The Techniques Junkies Blog? If you came from Kathie's Blog you're in the right spot. The reason I asked if you started at the TJ Blog, is because you'll want to be sure to start at the beginning and hop through all the TJNL Designers Blogs to collect clues to enter for your change to become TJer for Life. What's that you ask? Well, if you're the lucky winner you'll receive any TJNL back issues or CDs that you do not already have -- PLUS you'll receive all future CDS and issues as they are published for FREE!

Now on to my card...To create my background I used the Faux Sanding Technique from the August TJNL. The beautiful DSP is Basic Grey June Bug. The Pig image is from Kitchen Sink Stamps Multi Step Ducks & Pigs stamped as follows: #3 Pink Pirouette, #2 Pretty in Pink, #1 Blush, #4 Creamy Caramel. I used a SAMJ to stamp both sentiments in Black. Don't forget, you can SAVE 10% on all Kitchen Sink Stamps purchases when you use code LISA10KSS - feel free to pass it on!

Details:
Stamps - Kitchen Sink Stamps Multi Step Ducks & Pigs
Ink - Black, Blush, Pretty in Pink, Pink Pirouette, Creamy Caramel, Cotton Candy KPad
Card Stock - Glossy, Basic Grey June Bug, Pink Pirouette, White, Black
Other - SAMJ, Gesso, Brush, Spellbinders Circle Dies

Thanks for stopping by, the Treasure you are looking for here is S, jot it down then continue on to Kimm's Blog, she's the next stop on the Treasure Hunt. Good Luck!

CUTE pig! My brother collects pigs! He says he can't have "real" pigs so he collects "dust collectors". Anyway, that stamp would be SO perfect for me to use on a birthday card or something like that. LOVE the faux sanding technique too! Can hardly wait to learn how to do that one!
