More Baroque Motifs

Can you tell I just LOVE this new set....Here it is Wednesday, and I should have samples for you from this weeks SCS Sketch Challenge, but yet I'm still playing with my new rubber! I just loved the color combo I used yesterday River Rock (new In Color) and Chocolate Chip - that I had to do it again on another card. This time I also added a piece of the new Brocade Background DS Paper, don't you just love it!

This next card uses another new In Color Wild Wasabi and the Faux Flocking technique from the June TJNL

Card stock - Wild Wasabi, Blush Blossom, Chocolate Chip

Ink - Vanilla, Wild Wasabi

Other - Sponge Daubers, Olive Embossing Powder, Crimper

This card features a Resist Technique and the new In Color - Purely Pomegranate

Resist Stamping

• cut a piece of glossy card stock to size
• stamp your image in either versamark OR use Ranger's Emboss Resist Pad
• heat set your ink, or let dry
• use a cosmetic sponge to apply ink and completely cover your glossy card stock
• use a paper towel and lightly buff the your card stock to remove any ink from the stamped area
• clean stamp and ink it with the same color ink you used to cover your glossy card stock - stamp onto you glossy card stock, slightly moving your image so it's not directly on top of your resist image
• mat and embellish as desired
