Waiting for Spring

All last night you could hear the wind blowing, and it still hasn't stopped, 44MPH winds and snow back in todays forecast. So, I thought I'd share a card and send some warmth or at least a feel for Spring. Summer by the Sea is one of my favoriate SU sets, there's so many different techniques you can do with an open stamp image.
